Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 2023

This Privacy Policy explains how Spinnr Inc., doing business as Vengo AI ("Vengo AI," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when businesses and their authorized users access or use our websites, applications, AI agents, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Vengo AI is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform. We provide AI-powered sales and support agents on behalf of our business customers. In most cases, we act as a data processor or service provider for our customers, not as a consumer-facing data controller.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Business Customers

Our customers are businesses, organizations, or government entities that deploy Vengo AI on their websites or digital properties. These customers control the content used to train their AI agents and determine how visitor data is collected and used.

End Users / Website Visitors

If you interact with a Vengo AI agent on a customer's website, the business customer is the data controller of your information. Vengo AI processes such data solely on the customer's behalf and according to their instructions.

2. Information We Collect

  • Login credentials and authentication data
  • AI configuration settings, prompts, and instructions
  • Uploaded training materials, documents, links, FAQs, scripts, and media

B. Information Processed Through AI Agents

When end users interact with a Vengo AI agent, we may process the following on behalf of the business customer:

  • Text and voice conversations
  • Conversation summaries
  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details voluntarily provided
  • Inquiry details, preferences, and responses

This data is collected for the business customer and made available through their Vengo AI dashboard.

AI Training Clarification

Customer-provided content is used solely to train that customer's AI agent. Vengo AI does not use customer content or end-user conversations to train public or generalized AI models.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers and vendors supporting our infrastructure and operations
  • Affiliates under common ownership
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal data.

5. Security

We implement enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect all data processed through the Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business customers may request account data deletion. End users should contact the business they interacted with directly.

7. International Data Transfers

Vengo AI operates globally. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Business Customers

  • Access, update, or delete account information
  • Manage AI data and conversation history
  • Request account termination and data deletion

End Users

End-user rights depend on the privacy practices of the business customer operating the AI agent. Requests should be directed to that business.

9. GDPR and Data Processing

Where applicable, Vengo AI acts as a data processor under GDPR. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and analyze the Services. Cookie preferences can be managed through browser settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Vengo AI is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
