Joe Markland, Founder of N4One HR and Benefits LLC

Joe Markland is the Founder of N4One HR and Benefits LLC, an innovative Employee Benefit and Human Capital Management company that aims to help employers ensure their employees “Have a Better Day” through personalized HR and benefits solutions. Prior to this, Joe was the President and Co-Founder of HR Technology Advisors, which evolved into ProHCM, and Co-Founder of the ProSential Group.

With a career that began as a financial analyst at General Electric and transitioned through key roles at UNUM and Allmerica Financial, Joe has a proven track record of transforming businesses. In 1997, he entered the technology sector as President of StarNex, which developed web-based rating systems for employee benefits organizations. Joe is recognized as an industry expert, having consulted over 1,000 companies and published numerous articles on HR and Benefits Technology.

A graduate of Williams College, Joe enjoys coaching sports, umpiring baseball, golf, skiing, biking, and reading. He is married to his wife Kim and has a son, Michael, and a daughter, Lauren.
